Cooking pastry and break is done using a solar horn or a norwegian pot, an energy saving cooking technique for stewing.

From time to time, the owner can propose you light diner elaborated with organic vegetable. Cooking is often vegetarian and can also be done without gluten or without lactoprotein or vegetarian on request. If you have problems with a specific food, please do not hesitate to ask.
